• Fantasy league data: Squad selections, transfer activity, league memberships, and gameweek choices
• Payment information: Processed by our third-party payment provider (we do not store credit card numbers directly)

• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on the Platform, click patterns

With other users: If you are a player on the scouting marketplace, your profile information (name, age, position, stats, highlights, availability) will be visible to scouts and academies. You control what information you include in your profile.

With service providers: We share information with third-party companies that help us operate the Platform, including hosting providers, payment processors, email services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify.

For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers: If Scout&Stake is acquired, merged, or sells assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Fantasy league performance data and leaderboard records may be retained in anonymized form for historical purposes.
